We celebrated Alyza's birthday today at Cherry Creek Mall. We went to build a bear & Kona Grill. Also we did a mini birthday party at her school last Thursday with her teachers and classmates.
Pretty Princess is now 3 years old!!

Almost weekend! Ready for Friday!!  Today, i got to play with pastel colors since i went straight from work to my daughter’s 3rd birthday party at her school. We celebrated her birthday with lots of cupcakes, lots of balloons,cake pops and fruit platter. 
It was a quick snack party and baby doll had fun! 
Love how pastels are trending this season and how cool, calm and comfortable in the eyes these colors are. 
i will be back wearing winter clothes tomorrow since the weather forcast will be snowie again. Colorado weather, 60 degrees today, 10 degrees tomorrow!

We celebrated chinese new year at the empress restaurant. Delish pecking duck, dumplings, siomai, lomein and chinese bread.
We also witness the dragon + lion dance and it was alyza's 1st time to see a performance in line with Chinese tradition.

Me and my fam did a quick grocery shopping at costco. I hate how we planned to get just creamer and yogurt end up to a shopping cart full of stuff.
Oh well, thats how retail giants get you (all the free food taste booths) 
Also we went to The Empress, chinese restaurant to celebrate chinese new year, even if im away from my asian family, felt like im with them with my own family here in Denver. Delish dinner, pecking duck,dumplings, lomein and boba avocado slushie :) 
Back to work tomorrow, enjoy the rest of Sunday :)

I was MIA for a while since its been so busy at work and i got injured. A 30lbs computer fell at the back on my leg while fixing a computer at work.
The worst unforeseen event! my ligament was broken at the back of my knee and i need to do 9 sessions of leg theraphy,
still happy that i can walk and just need to take medicines + ace wrap. IT Helpdesk life ;p 
My statement accessory in this outfit post is my knee wrap hehe. Stay safe everyone!

We went to Alyza's ballet class. Did a quick trip at Cherry Creek Mall, resized my watch and Alyza played in the mall playground.
Late lunch with the Sanchez' at Sweet Tomatoes,salad & soups buffet. Visited them as well and alyza had a blast playing the piano and play dough.
fun saturday it was! Now relaxing at home and enjoying the rest of the night :)

Its been a week the last time i updated my site. Been so busy at work. Im on my Day 21 of 60 cleansing :) Im surviving! half way there!
Below are pics of my lovely fam. We attended Alyza's ballet class wearing our broncos jerseys and ate at egg shell for lunch. Watched the game at Sporting News Grill and ate so much food. hehe
Also we fixed alyza's room and added some cork board and Polaroid pics we took since she was 4 months. tonys polariod camera since he was in high school, vintage camera :)

Lots of computers need to be fix. Printers jam, no ink. Add users to the domain. Same old IT stuff, dorky geek.
Today was pretty laid back day since the weather makes me lazy. I didnt wear any make up, just eos lip balm since its snowie. Tied up my hair on a high lazy bun and throw some comfy sweater, half flower beanie and warm scarf.
Did quick healthy grocery shopping. Combo grocery, king soopers + asian store = food this week.
Now watching the broncos game while updating my photoblog and relaxing with the fam.

Jan 2, 2011 Hey! How is it going? My first blog for 2012 woot! I will try my best to blog more for this year. So yesterday, Jan 1, 2012 i started this cleansing thingy that i need to finish for 60 days. Its my day 2 of 60 now and i feel like its working since ive been in the bathroom for 6 times in a row. hehe also, been getting headache as side effect of this cleansing. i will let you know the progress in my next blog post.  I didnt had a chance to do an outfit of the day today since weve been going around town just wearing gym clothes. I want to share this post i did at Polyvore. I'm currently waiting for my new years gift (Michael Kors round horn watch) from hubby, will be shipped in our house by Thursday. Yes, i invented the new years gift thingy. hehe i'll twitpic it as soon as i got it. If you have twitter follow me @mariepsanchez i usually twit what im doing/what ive done for the day since '09. Anyway, back to polyvore post. Below is how im gonna dress up the watch. Since i work now for a university, i need to dress up business casual/business attire. I really feel like i'm back in college dressing up this way since that was my dress code when i was studying.  Alyza will be doing a trial class tomorrow for one hour. After Alyza's ski lessons, we ate lunch at bear river bar & grill then alyza played with Tonys snowboard. Delish dinner at our cabin, scallops, shrimp scampi and pumpkin pie. Day after ski/snowboard, grab coffee at the gas station and road trip to Dillon + Denver. Stopped by Red Mountain Grill for dinner (no bueno service, took 40mins to serve our food). Pick up Nutmeg at my sis in laws house and alyza got her Christmas gift. When we got home, we made our first gingerbread house.

Alyza did a great job skiing! On her third ride on the lift, she can go down the hill without any help from her instructor. Couldn't be more proud of her skiing. I will try to edit the videos and post it within this week since im off work.
You can see in the pics how happy she is and she had a blast skiing :)

-Left denver at 3amish. Touchdown steamboat at 6.30am -10 Fahrenheit weather.
-Breakfast at Johnny B Good (amazing breakfast food)
-Shopping in downtown Steamboat, Got amazing deals at Deja Vu Consignment Store
-Late lunch at Old town pub
-Checked in our 3 bedroom presidential suite at Wyndam by Worldmark at the villages at Steamboat (awesome cabin)
-Christmas eve dinner at 8 street steakhouse
-Pumpkin pie, vanilla icecream dessert at our cabin.
-Hot tub in our balcony and rooms (so relaxing)
day one in steamboat was amazing!
